Kerry Thiedeke

Kerry brings some 20+ years of senior management experience across the pharmaceutical and telecommunication industries with a further 13 years as a senior consultant.  She brings to your business experience as a senior leader, a strategic partner with senior management groups, as well as playing a driving role in the development and implementation of business initiatives.

She has had her own successful Talent Strategy and Executive Coaching business since 2006.  During this time she has developed deep and effective relationships across a good number of the ASX Top 200 companies and become a trusted partner as an Executive Coach, strategy developer and have also had involvement on various Talent Boards.

Kerry co-chairs the successful Talent Management Think Tank– a group of  companies responsible for cutting edge thinking around Talent and Culture which is then implemented across the companies.

Over the years Kerry’s clients have included: 3M, Cerebral Palsy Alliance, CoreLogic, Challenger, Komatsu, IRi, ING Direct, Fairfax Media, ASX, Carnival Australia and Tyro. 

Shilpi Joshi

With over 20 years experience working in learning and organisational development, Shilpi brings a practical and strategic approach to her work. She is passionate about developing people and builds credibility quickly with groups and individuals through her engaging coaching style. Shilpi has extensive expertise in most aspects of leadership and management development, including strategic vision, team building, leading change, developing resilience and interpersonal relations.

Working with senior executives and their teams, Shilpi helps clients develop focused goals, create solutions, and increase their capacity for growth and success. Shilpi enables executives to lead with courage born from self-knowledge and a clear vision. Her work with leaders enables them to effectively lead their teams to realise their potential, and make wise decisions for the overall health of their organizations.

Some of Shilpi’s clients include 3M, ING Direct, the Department of Defence, Fairfax Media, Domain Group, Kimberly-Clark, Challenger, St George Bank, Scentre Group, Carnival Australia, ReachOut, AbbVie and Komatsu.

Shilpi’s corporate experience includes, Director of Organisational Development at Fairfax Media and Head of Learning and Organisational Development at the Australia Securities Exchange (ASX). She also has extensive consulting experience. During her time at Fairfax Media, she was the Organisational Development Lead for several transformational change projects including, Activity Based Working, and transformation of the Australia Community Media Business.

In addition to running her own consulting business, Shilpi is also Co-Chair of the highly successful Talent Management Think Tank and is an associate with Melbourne Business School.
